Every template begins with an idea. A spark of something great that is not, but soon will be.
First our lead designer, Savanna, hand-etches 42 unique design concepts onto slabs of oak.
We used to carve them out of ice, but after the Great Freezer Failure of 2021, we decided that hardwood was more practical.
After sweeping up the wood shavings, Ben and the rest of the team pace quietly as they thoughtfully consider the 42 designs.
One-by-one they are eliminated. Wes silently and reverently carries the rejected slabs to the StorySite vault. 41 will be rejected. 41 will never see the light of day. May they rest in peace.
After a moment of silence, it’s time for a celebration! The Chosen Template is ready to be created in Squarespace.
Our team gathers around Savanna’s desk in anticipation as she begins to re-create the masterpiece in full-color.
We repeatedly chant her name in support, which speeds up the process significantly.
And finally, a template is born! Who knows what it will accomplish, where will it go, what business it will help? Will it be yours?

Yes! We provide ticket-based support to answer your questions for 60 days after purchase. If you would like more help after the 60 days, you can book a Live Help Session with one of our experts for $99.

No! Our templates are designed so that you can do all of the customizations you need right inside of Squarespace. You’re welcome to use Canva or Photoshop to add extra flair if you would like, but you won’t need them!

No, we install the template on a new Squarespace site. Once the new site is live, you can cancel your old Squarespace plan. You can also reach out to Squarespace and request a prorated refund.
