Yes, the first step is to purchase your template. You’ll be prompted to upgrade to the Done-for-You Experience during checkout.

Choosing a template is all about picking the style that most closely matches your business. And don’t worry–we can make tweaks to colors, fonts, and images together during our live review session.

All templates have the same functionality, so if you see a layout you like in one of our templates, that same layout can be applied to our other templates as well.

No, we install the template on a new 7.1 Squarespace site. Once the new site is live, you can cancel your old Squarespace plan. You can also reach out to Squarespace and request a prorated refund.

We try to keep our turnaround time around 2 weeks, but sometimes it’s longer when we receive a lot of orders all at once. When you go to upgrade to our Done-for-You Experience, you’ll be able to see our next available session before you pay. If you’d like to confirm an exact timeline with us before purchasing, feel free to contact us.

We complete all the work for your site before/during our build session. We will need all of your content for the pages before our session.

Yes! You’ll just need to provide the file (usually a PDF) and sign-in information for the system you use to manage your email list (e.g. MailChimp, Hubspot, etc.).

We do not set up your email list or other parts of your sales funnel, but we can connect your system to the website we build.

We don’t have a meeting with you to help you prepare, but we do provide helpful resources. Follow our Prep Checklist to know what content to provide. Also, download our Free Wireframe Tool to help you layout your content.

While we do not offer e-commerce setup through StorySite, it is possible to add a store to the website yourself. Since all of our templates are built on Squarespace, it’s relatively easy to add an online shop that allows you to sell products or services. If you’d like us to build it for you, you can hire our Squarespace design agency, Knapsack.

Yes! You can use our video tutorials to learn how to make updates on your website.

Yes! Once we build your site, you can join our support plan for $99/month where we make small updates to your site each week. Or you can book an hour with one of our designers for $400.

Your Squarespace subscription is not included with your template purchase. During our build session, we’ll help you subscribe to the Squarespace business plan which is $276/yr. or $33/mo.
